HomeGuard® Housewrap excels in resisting air, water, and moisture vapor. HomeGuard Housewrap is an engineered, woven, polyolefin material designed for use as a secondary weather-resistive barrier. The strong fabric ensures durability, even in the harshest conditions, and HomeGuard’s micro-perforations allow damaging moisture as a vapor to escape while shedding bulk water.
HomeGuard® is designed to protect commercial and residential buildings by excelling in four crucial areas:
- Air Resistance: Protects the wall assembly from air infiltration, to increase the comfort of the building by reducing drafts and increasing energy efficiency.
- Water Resistance: Protects the wall assembly against water intrusion that gets behind the exterior cladding.
- Moisture vapor permeability: Preserves the integrity of the wall assembly by allowing the moisture to escape to the outside.
- Durability – Has the ability to withstand all Canadian weather elements as well as harsh jobsite conditions.

HomeGuard® HouseWrap (woven) 10’ x 100’ (82 rolls/pallet)
DuPont™ Tyvek® HomeWrap® is the original house wrap, incorporating unique material science that helps keep air and water out, while letting water vapor escape. As a result, it can contribute to improved building durability by helping to protect homes against damaging wind and rain that can penetrate the exterior cladding. Tyvek® HomeWrap® can also reduce home energy bills by controlling air flow and water intrusion, which helps insulation work better, allowing the HVAC system to work more efficiently. It’s a house wrap engineered to keep homes cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and dry all year round.
Insulation
Good insulation stops the flow of heat into and out of the home. This makes your home more energy efficient all year round. Insulation acts to keep both heat and air conditioning in the house, meaning your HVAC system will not have to work as hard and your energy bills will be lower.
Atlas EnergyShield wall products can be installed on the exterior, interior, or within wall assemblies. Common installations include wood or steel stud, masonry, concrete, sheathing, gypsum and more. With flexibility in installation, Atlas has the ability to meet wall insulation needs for nearly any project.
Sealants and Foams
Finish the job off right with high-quality sealants and foam, such as Mulco® sealants and LePage Quad Foam products and accessories.
Mulco’s wide selection of door, window and siding sealants includes formulations for both indoor and outdoor applications.

LePage® QUAD® Foam Sealant is a single component, minimal expansion and low pressure polyurethane foam packaged in a pressurized metal container.
It is dispensed in bead form for sealing gaps and cracks, holes and voids around windows and doors, in most types of construction projects. The product exhibits slight to moderate expansion during application and cures upon reaction with moisture to form a flexible, urethane foam. The closed cell structure of this material provides an R factor of 5 per inch of cured foam making it an efficient method for stopping air and moisture infiltration and expensive warm and cold air loss between windows and rough frame. QUAD® Foam Sealant will not warp or deform windows and doors. QUAD® Foam Sealant adheres to all types of building materials including wood, concrete, and drywall and is compatible with asphalt and butyl flexible flashing.
Key Features & Benefits:
• Low foam pressure / expansion. Will not warp or deform windows and doors
• 18 Month Shelf Life ensures premium performance when you need it
• Can be cut or trimmed in less than 1 hour
• Closed cell foam structure will not absorb moisture; Provides an R factor
• of 5 per inch of cured foam
• Remains flexible and will not crack out over time
• Part of a complete Window Installation System
